The only way to achieve dominance under capitalism is by becoming really good at what you’re doing. And to stay dominant, you have to continue to stay ahead of the competition, which sees your dominance and profits as a sign that there is money to be made by others as well. To retain or increase your dominance, you must either continuously improve your product or service, or lower the price, or, most likely, both.
